Everything you need to know about Velita Learning programs, enrollment, and how it all works.
Velita Learning serves students ages 8–18 through three age-based Signature Programs: Ready, Set, Grow! (ages 8–10), Discover, Focus, Thrive! (ages 11–13), and Adult Me (ages 14–18).
All Fall 2026 Signature Programs meet on Fridays via Zoom. Ready, Set, Grow! meets 10:00–11:00 AM PT. Discover, Focus, Thrive! meets 11:30 AM–12:30 PM PT. Adult Me meets 1:00–2:00 PM PT. All times are Pacific Time.
Each 8-week Signature Program is $280 total — that is $35 per one-hour class. This is the current 2026–27 program tuition. Payment information is provided after your cohort is confirmed.
The process is simple: browse the programs and find the right fit, submit an interest form on our website, and we will personally follow up by email with availability and next steps. Final enrollment and payment details are sent once the cohort reaches its minimum of 4 students. No payment is required when you submit the interest form.
A minimum of 4 students is required for each cohort to run. If this minimum is not reached, we will contact your family with the best available options, which may include placement in another compatible cohort or an upcoming session.
Our Signature Programs are intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 students per cohort. This keeps the experience engaging, interactive, and personal for every student in the group.
Velita Learning accepts ESA funding where eligible, as well as private pay. Specific ESA eligibility depends on your state and scholarship program. Payment and ESA instructions are provided individually after your cohort is confirmed. Contact us directly for information about your specific situation.
All sessions are held live via Zoom. Families will receive a Zoom link and session instructions after enrollment is confirmed.
No. Velita Learning programs are educational enrichment and student-success programs and are not therapy or mental-health treatment. Our programs focus on practical skills, confidence, organization, and student success — not clinical or therapeutic services.
Families are welcome to communicate with Velita Learning in Spanish. Spanish-language cohorts may be offered in the future based on family interest. Contact us for more information.
1:1 Student Success is an individual 30-minute session for students who want personalized support with organization, planning, study strategies, executive-function strategies, goal setting, school transitions, self-advocacy, and more. Sessions are $40 each and are separate from the Signature Programs. Visit the 1:1 Support page to request a session.
Workshops and Mini Labs are shorter, engaging group experiences offered periodically. Topics rotate and may include student success, study skills, money basics, career exploration, and more. They are offered at larger group sizes and start at $20. Visit the Workshops page to join the interest list.
