Every student has unique strengths, goals, and learning needs. Submit this form to express interest and request a spot in the 4-week fall series, which starts in November. Sign-ups close October 31. We will personally follow up by email with program availability and next steps. No payment is required now. Once your group reaches 6 students, we will email one invoice for the 4-week series ($100), payable by Zelle, PayPal, or card.

Sage Oak families: please also ask your teacher to request Velita Learning, since your school needs to approve the class before it starts. Submitting this form expresses your interest and requests a spot in the group. Groups run once 6 students sign up. In early November, we email every family to confirm whether their group is running, and we will send a quick poll to choose the class time.
